Day 9,Tuesday.
Dawn break:6.30 am
Black tea+1/2tsp honey
4 soaked almonds
Breakfast: 7.30 am to 8.30 am
Methi Roti – 2 numbers(no oil)
Sprouts – 1 cup
Curd-1 cup(low fat)
Mid Morning _10 am to 10.30 am
Mix fruit salad – 1 plate
(apple,banana and pineapple)
Buttermilk – 1 cup
Lunch :12.30 pm to 1.30 pm
Salad Veg -1/2 cup
Jowar Roti – 2 nos
Brinjal cooked veg-1/2 cup
Moong gravy
Curd – ½ cup
Evening 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm
Black tea with lime -1 cup
Bhel – 1 medium plate
Dinner: 8pm to 9pm
Salad(veg)-1/2 cup
Khichdi with vegetables(1 bowl)
Roasted Pappad -1
Curd/Buttermilk – 1 cup
(low fat)
Bed time: Before Sleeping
Skimmed Milk – 1 cup
