Day 8,Monday
Dawn break:6.30 am
Fresh lime juice+1/2tsp honey
4 soaked almonds
Breakfast: 7.30 am to 8.30 am
Idly/Dosa – 3 numbers(no oil)
Sambhar
Milk-1 cup(low fat)
Mid Morning _10 am to 10.30 am
Orange -1
Jaljeera
Lunch :12.30 pm to 1.30 pm
Salad Veg -1/2 cup
Bisi-bele bath-1 bowl
Raita
Evening 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm
Tea/coffee -1 cup
Whole wheat biscuits-3 to 4
Dinner: 8pm to 9pm
Salad(veg)-1/2 cup
Chappathi-2 in numbers
Saagu(beans,carrot.aloo,peas)-1/2 cup
Curd-1/2 cup
Bed time: Before Sleeping
Skimmed Milk – 1 cup
