Day 7,Sunday
Start your day with a glass of fresh lime and half a teaspoon honey with lukewarm water
Breakfast: 7.30 am to 8.30 am
Brown bread – 3 to 4 slices
Omlette (whole egg) - 1
Milkshake(low fat)-1 cup
Mid Morning _10 am to 10.30 am
Sprouts salad-1/2 cup
Fresh veg or nonveg soup(homemade)- 1 cup
Lunch :12.30 pm to 1.30 pm
Salad Veg -1/2 cup
Any cooked veg – ½ cup
Fish curry/ any veg curry
Curd/custard – ½ cup
Evening 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm
Tea/coffee -1 cup
Pakora or bhel - few
Dinner: 8pm to 9pm
Salad(veg)-1/2 cup
Chappathi/Ragi dosa/wheat dosa- 2 in numbers
Sambhar
Curd-1/2 cup
Bed time: Before Sleeping
Skimmed Milk – 1 cup
Diet Fact 7:
Starvation irregular meals are not the way to lose weight.
Points to be notes:
1. If you are following the diet menu, you should not have any other food or drink other than the ones mentioned in the chart.(No excuse)
