Breakfast: 7.30 am to 8.30 am
Avalakki bisi-bele-bath(1 bowl)
Raita
Mid Morning _10 am to 10.30 am
Sprouts Salas -1 cup
Lunch :12.30 pm to 1.30 pm
Salad Veg -1/2 cup
Chapathi – 2 nos
Stir fry veg(broccoli,red& green
Capsicum,baby corn)
Boiled Egg -1
Fruit Custard
Evening 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm
Tea/Coffee-1 cup
Mini Samosas (2-3 nos)
Dinner: 8pm to 9pm
Salad(veg)-1/2 cup
Veg Pasta(whole wheat)-1 bowl
Grilled Fish/Tapioca-2 pieces
Bed time: Before Sleeping
Skimmed Milk – 1 cup
