+4 soaked Almonds
Breakfast: 7.30 am to 8.30 am
Set Dosa-3 medium
Saagu
Skimmed Milk – 1 cup
Mid Morning _10 am to 10.30 am
Guava -1
Buttermilk-1 cup
Lunch :12.30 pm to 1.30 pm
Salad Veg -1/2 cup
Paneer Paratha- 2 medium
Curd(low fat)- 1 cup
Evening 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm
Tea/Coffee-1 cup
Digestive Biscuits (2-3 nos)
Dinner: 8pm to 9pm
Salad(veg)-1/2 cup
Brown rice-1 bowl
Avial(all veg)-1 cup
Pickle and 1 roasted pappad
Bed time: Before Sleeping
Skimmed Milk – 1 cup
