Diet Menu 28 days September
Day 24,Wednesday
Dawn break:6.30 am
Ginger Tea/Coffee
+4 soaked Almonds
Breakfast: 7.30 am to 8.30 am
Veg Idli- 2 medium
Mint/coconut chutney
Toned milk – 1 cup
Mid Morning _10 am to 10.30 am
Mix fruit salad-1 small cup
Jaljeera -1 small cup
Lunch :12.30 pm to 1.30 pm
Salad Veg -1/2 cup
Jeera rice – 1 med bowl
Dal – ½ cup
Plain curd -1/2 cup
Evening 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm
Tea/Coffee-1 cup
1 slice brown bread
With veg filling
Dinner: 8pm to 9pm
Salad(veg)-1/2 cup
Phulka(3 small) 0r
Rice -1/2 cup
Lobia curry
Curd -1/2 cup
Bed time: Before Sleeping
Skimmed milk-1 cup
