Day 23,Tuesday


Dawn break:6.30 am
Black tea+1/2 tsp honey
+4 soaked Almonds

Breakfast: 7.30 am to 8.30 am
Akki Roti- 2 medium
Tomato chutney
Curd – 1 cup

Mid Morning _10 am to 10.30 am
Orange -1
Coconut water –from 1

Lunch :12.30 pm to 1.30 pm
Salad Veg -1/2 cup
Egg noodles/Veg noodles wheat-1 cup
Milkshake-1 small cup

Evening 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm
Tea/Coffee-1 cup
Digestive Marie Biscuits-2 to 3

Dinner: 8pm to 9pm
Salad(veg)-1/2 cup
Bajra roti /Wheat roti – 2 medium
Green peas gravy
Curd -1/2 cup

Bed time: Before Sleeping
Hot Badam milk-1 cup

Diet Fact 23:
Chew your food well when you eat for easy digestion, do not swallow.
