Breakfast: 7.30 am to 8.30 am
Wheat dosa(wheat+rava)-2 med
Saagu
Milk-(1 medium cup)
Mid Morning _10 am to 10.30 am
Sprouts salad-1 small cup
Sugar cane juce(1 cup)
Lunch :12.30 pm to 1.30 pm
Salad Veg -1/2 cup
Med pizza-1(whole wheat) with
paneer topping
Evening 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm
Tea/Coffee-1 cup
Button Idli(3-4)
Dinner: 8pm to 9pm
Salad(veg)-1/2 cup
Rice(1 bowl)
Mix veg kootu(1cup)
Buttermilk
Bed time: Before Sleeping
Skimmed milk-1 cup
