Day 26,Friday
Dawn break:6.30 am
Coffe/Tea
+4 soaked Almonds

Breakfast: 7.30 am to 8.30 am
Brown Bread(3 slices)
Egg omelette/Veg omelette
Made with besan
Milk-(1 medium cup)

Mid Morning _10 am to 10.30 am
Apple(1 med)
Fresh Lime juice(1 cup)

Lunch :12.30 pm to 1.30 pm
Salad Veg -1/2 cup
Chapathi -2
Green gram usali
Onion raita

Evening 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm
Tea/Coffee-1 cup
Cocktail samosa- 2 small

Dinner: 8pm to 9pm
Salad(veg)-1/2 cup
Dalia Khichdi with veg(1 bowl)
Buttermilk

Bed time: Before Sleeping
Skimmed milk-1 cup

Diet Fact 26:
Let walking be one of your daily routine.
