Fresh Lime Juice+1/2 tsp honey
+4 soaked Almonds
Breakfast: 7.30 am to 8.30 am
Seviyan Upma- 1 bowl
Chana Dal/Tuvar Dal chutney
Curd – 1 cup
Mid Morning _10 am to 10.30 am
Fruit salad – ½ cup
Fresh lime juice/Buttermilk/
Fresh soup(home made) -1 cup
Lunch :12.30 pm to 1.30 pm
Salad Veg -1/2 cup
Chappathi – 2 medium
Egg Burji/Paneer Burji-1/2 cup
Evening 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm
Tea/Coffee-1 cup
Sev Puri -1 small serving
Dinner: 8pm to 9pm
Salad(veg)-1/2 cup
Brown Rice – 1/2 cup
Bindi Sambhar
Curd Rice -1/2 cup
Bed time: Before Sleeping
Milk(skimmed)-1 cup
Diet Fact 22:
Don’t sleep immediately after dinner. Leave atleast 1 hour interval.
Points to be notes:
1. If you are following the diet menu, you should not have any other food or drink other than the ones mentioned in the chart.(No excuse)
