/+4 soaked Almonds
Breakfast: 7.30 am to 8.30 am
Brown Bread – 3 slices
Omlette/Besan Cheela-1
Hot coffee-1 cup
Mid Morning _10 am to 10.30 am
Sprouts salad – ½ cup
Tomato juice -1 cup
Lunch :12.30 pm to 1.30 pm
Shredded Salad Veg -1/2 cup
Brown rice -1 cup
Mutton curry/Paneer curry
Evening 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm
Tea/Coffee-1 cup
Any chat -1 small serving
Dinner: 8pm to 9pm
Salad(veg)-1/2 cup
Veg Pasta/Veg noodles(1 bowl)
Any sweet-1 small serving
(gulabjamun/Rasagulla/ice cream)
Bed time: Before Sleeping
Milk(skimmed)-1 cup
