Apple juice- 1 glass
Lunch :12.30 pm to 1.30 pm
Salad Veg -1/2 cup
Veg Khichdi- 1 cup
Khadi-1/2 cup
Roasted papad-1
Evening 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm
Tea/Coffee-1 cup
Fruit salad -1 small serving
Dinner: 8pm to 9pm
Salad(veg)-1/2 cup
Pizza with whole
Wheat base(1 small topping)
Bed time: Before Sleeping
Milk(skimmed)-1 cup
