Day 19, Friday
Dawn break:6.30 am
Coffee/Tea
+4 soaked Almonds
Breakfast: 7.30 am to 8.30 am
Poha/Avalakki – 1cup
Sprouts(Any)-medium plate
Curd(low fat) -1/2 cup
Mid Morning _10 am to 10.30 am
Mix veg salad – ½ cup
Lemonade-1 glass
Lunch :12.30 pm to 1.30 pm
Salad Veg -1/2 cup
Chicken/veg Biryani- 1 cup
Milkshake(skimmed)-1 cup
Evening 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm
Tea/Coffee-1 cup
Bhel(without sev)-1 cup
Dinner: 8pm to 9pm
Salad(veg)-1/2 cup
Wheat Dosa-3 small
Mix veg Saagu-1 cup
Curd/Buttermilk-1 cup
Bed time: Before Sleeping
Milk(skimmed)-1 cup
