+4 soaked Almonds
Breakfast: 7.30 am to 8.30 am
Dosa(medium) – 2 nos
Onion/tomato Chutney
Milk skimmed – 1 cup
Mid Morning _10 am to 10.30 am
Papaya sliced – ½ cup
Hot veg or non veg soup-1 cup
(fresh ,no cream)
Lunch :12.30 pm to 1.30 pm
Salad Veg -1/2 cup
Bisi Bele Bhath – 1 cup
Onion Tomato Raita
Roasted Pappad- 1
Evening 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm
Tea/Coffee-1 cup
Digestive Biscuits(2-3)
Dinner: 8pm to 9pm
Salad(veg)-1/2 cup
Khatta Pumpkin-1/2 pumpkin
Buttermilk- 1 cup
Bed time: Before Sleeping
Milk(skimmed)-1 cup
(Optional)

Avoid aerated drinks.
