Day 4,Thursday
Start your day with a glass of fresh lime and half a teaspoon honey with lukewarm water
Breakfast: 7.30 am to 8.30 am
Oats/Wheat flakes-1 cup
Protein Egg white -1
Skimmed milk -1 cup
Mid Morning _10 am to 10.30 am
Any fruit-1
Coconut water – 1 coconut
Lunch :12.30 pm to 1.30 pm
Salad Veg -1/2 cup
Veg Noodles with less oil
Boiled Egg -1
Yoghurt(low fat)-1/2 cup
Evening 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm
Tea/coffee -1 cup
Wheat Bun -1
Dinner: 8pm to 9pm
Salad(veg)-1/2 cup
Rice/Khichdi/broken wheat- 1 cup
Khadi
Any cooked veg-1/2 cup
Bed time: Before Sleeping
Skimmed Milk – 1 cup
Diet Fact 4:
Do not skip meals.
