Diet Menu 28 days September
Day 5,Friday

Start your day with a glass of fresh lime and half a teaspoon honey with lukewarm water

Breakfast: 7.30 am to 8.30 am
Idli/Dosa-3 in numbers(no oil)
Sambhar
Curd(low fat)-1/2 cup

Mid Morning _10 am to 10.30 am
Mixed Salad-1/2 cup
Any fresh fruit juice-1 cup

Lunch :12.30 pm to 1.30 pm
Salad Veg -1/2 cup
Pasta(wheat) with less oil
Chicken or Potato cooked – 3 pieces/chunks
Milkshake -1 cup(skimmed milk)

Evening 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm
Tea/coffee -1 cup
Diet biscuits-3 to 4

Dinner: 8pm to 9pm
Salad(veg)-1/2 cup
Chapathi-2 in numbers
Dal
Curd
Any cooked veg-1/2 cup

Bed time: Before Sleeping
Skimmed Milk – 1 cup

Diet Fact 4:
Do not sleep immediately after dinner as it may cause indigestion.

Points to be notes:
1. If you are following the diet menu, you should not have any other food or drink other than the ones mentioned in the chart.(No excuse)
2. For best results, diet regimen should be followed along with exercise.
