Day 3,Wednesday
Start your day with a glass of fresh lime and half a teaspoon honey with lukewarm water
Breakfast: 7.30 am to 8.30 am
Upma/Poha – 1 cup
Lentil sprouts-1/2 cup
Curd -1/2 cup
Mid Morning _10 am to 10.30 am
Sprouts Salad -1/2 cup
Veg or Nonveg Fresh soup(home made) -1 cup
Lunch :12.30 pm to 1.30 pm
Salad Veg -1/2 cup
Brown Bread-3 to 4 slices
Chicken- 3 Medium pieces or 4 Paneer cubes( shallow fried with olive oil)
Milkshake-1 cup(low fat)
Evening 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm
Tea/coffe-1cup
Khakra -1
Dinner: 8pm to 9pm
Salad(veg)-1/2 cup
Rice/Chappathi
Chicken gravy or Vathakulambu Gravy
Any cooked veg-1/2 cup
Bed time: Before Sleeping
Skimmed Milk – 1 cup
Diet Fact 3:
Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals.
Points to be notes:
1. If you are following the diet menu, you should not have any other food or drink other than the ones mentioned in the chart.(No excuse)
2. For best results, diet regimen should be followed along with exercise.
