+4 soaked Almonds
Breakfast: 7.30 am to 8.30 am
Grilled Paneer Sandwich(3 slices)
Mint Chutney
Mid Morning _10 am to 10.30 am
Fruit Custard – ½ cup
Lunch :12.30 pm to 1.30 pm
Salad Veg -1/2 cup
Rice – 1 cup
Rajma/Channa-1/2 cup
Plain Lassi(Salted) – 1 cup
Evening 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm
Tea/Coffee-1 cup
Paddu(2-3)
Dinner: 8pm to 9pm
Salad(veg)-1/2 cup
Palak Roti – 2 nos
Plain Dal – ½ cup
Curd(low fat)-1/2 cup
Bed time: Before Sleeping
Hot Drinking chocolate – 1 cup

Avoid eating fried foods.
