Milk- 1 cup(low fat)
Mid Morning _10 am to 10.30 am
sweet potato chat-1/2 cup
Avocado juice – 1 cup
Lunch :12.30 pm to 1.30 pm
Salad Veg -1/2 cup
Veg/Egg Noodles(1 bowl)
Milkshake -1 cup
Evening 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm
Tea/Coffee-1 cup
Poha(cooked) – ½ cup
Dinner: 8pm to 9pm
Salad(veg)-1/2 cup
Phulka – 3nos
Palak Paneer -1/2 cup
Raita
Bed time: Before Sleeping
Skimmed Milk – 1 cup
