Start your day with a glass of fresh lime and half a teaspoon honey with lukewarm water
Breakfast: 7.30 am to 8.30 am
Chappathi/Roti – 2 in numbers
Protein Egg white -1
Skimmed milk -1 cup
Mid Morning _10 am to 10.30 am
Fruit Salad -1/2 cup
Buttermilk -1 cup
Lunch :12.30 pm to 1.30 pm
Salad Veg -1/2 cup
Any Veg cooked
Chappathi -2 in numbers
Cooked channa or Rajma-1/2 cup
Raita
Evening 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm
Fresh lime juice -1 cup
Churmura with roasted Channa
Dinner: 8pm to 9pm
Salad(veg)-1/2 cup
Rice/Khichdi/broken wheat- 1 cup
Dal/Sambhar
Any cooked veg-1/2 cup
Curd/Buttermilk -1/2 cup(low fat or skimmed)
Bed time: Before Sleeping
Skimmed Milk – 1 cup
Diet Fact 2:All meals should be balanced in terms of carbohydrate,protein and fat.
Points to be notes:
1. If you are following the diet menu, you should not have any other food or drink other than the ones mentioned in the chart.(No excuse)
